Postpartum care is never one-size-fits-all, and neither is your recovery. My baseline rate for in-home doula and custom cooking services is $50 per hour, plus the cost of groceries. Whether you need a few hours of batch-cooking to fill your freezer or consistent, daily doula support anytime postpartum, we will co-create a schedule that perfectly fits your lifestyle. How it works: This is my full doula service including meal prep. I can do your laundry, hold the baby so you can shower, connect you with a lactation consultant, cook your meals - wherever you need a helping hand.
We’ll chat beforehand about your menu, grocery budget, and personal "yums and yucks." Then, I handle everything from the grocery store to a sparkling clean kitchen.
Because you can book such a wide range of time the price on this option varies greatly. Total cost would be my hourly rate ($50/hr) plus the cost of groceries.
THE FULL POSTPARTUM SHEBANG
STOCK THE FRIDGE
I’ll cook at your house or off-site. Stock your fridge for 7 days of meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner.) 21 meals for 2 people.

THE NESTING PARTY
Give the expecting parents the celebration they actually need: a fully prepped home. Gather your friends and family, and I’ll coordinate the ultimate nesting assembly line. Together, we’ll stock the freezer, organize the nursery, set up nursing stations, make postpartum padsicles, deep clean, and pamper the mom-to-be with a foot massage.
This is an amazing, practical gift to split with friends for the expecting parents in your life.
