Hi, I’m Emily!
I’m a postpartum doula, food & prop stylist, and former restaurant worker. I live in Seattle with my husband, our son, and our two dogs.
My path to becoming a doula grew naturally out of a lifelong love for food and caretaking. After working in cafes and restaurants and behind the camera as a food & prop stylist, I’ve always known how food brings comfort and healing into a home. Becoming a parent myself revealed just how critical that help and support is during the "fourth trimester" and beyond.
As a postpartum doula specializing in culinary care, I step into your home and kitchen so you can step fully into parenthood. I blend traditional doula support with the art of restorative cooking, handling everything from grocery runs to the dishes.
Whether I’m simmering a batch of healing recovery broth, prepping nutrient-dense snacks to support lactation, or holding your baby so you can take a hot shower, my goal is simple: to ensure your body is fueled, your family is fed, and you feel completely supported.
